Proofing involves scrutinizing a hard copy of the transcript to correct spelling, grammar and punctuation, paragraphing, checking for orphans, and verifying includes. If you need a transcript to be both scoped and proofed (and if you so prefer), we can have it proofread by a different associate to ensure that by the time it is returned to you, at least three pairs of eyes have inspected the transcript for the highest accuracy and quality of work.
