Scoping Services

 

Our detail-oriented scopists will listen to the audio through the entire job for word-for-word precision unless instructed otherwise. We will gladly add corrected untranslates to your dictionary and can insert includes, build the index, complete title and cert pages, etc.

 

You can either mail tapes or forward audiosync digital recordings. The quickest way to send audio is using high-speed internet and sending it through T3 online. An associate will be happy to guide you through this process.

Verbatim prices are an excellent value—less than the national average—for the quality of work returned and the time you are saved. The following are our current rates. If the difficulty of the text or transcription warrants a higher rate, you will be consulted on a per piece basis.

Verbatim offers the following discounts to our clients: Any invoice totaling $500 for any two-week period will receive an automatic volume discount of 5 percent. For transcripts sent to us for both scoping and proofreading, the proofreading will be charged at the standard rate regardless of turnaround time.
